Guide to Call-Off - ISP and Member Data Services

This document gives an overview of how to use the Integrated Service Providers (ISP) and Member Data Services Framework along with the stages involved in a Further Competition and Direct Award process.

Decide your Lot and Procurement Route

Lot Structure

This Framework has seven Lots covering the following different services:

  • Lot 1 - Integrated Service Providers (ISP)
  • Lot 2 - Address Tracing and Correction Services
  • Lot 3 - Mortality Screening Services
  • Lot 4 - Overseas Address Tracing and Correction Services
  • Lot 5 - Overseas Mortality Screening Services
  • Lot 6 - Bank Account Verification
  • Lot 7 - Data Quality Reporting for Pensions Dashboard Readiness

Full service descriptions for each Lot can be found in the Specification of Requirements. You will need to review and customise the Specification of Requirements to suit your own specific requirements and include within your Further Competition Document.

Planning your Call-Off

As part of your preparation you should consider the following:

  • The expiry date of your current contract and the termination and exit provisions
  • Implementation period
  • Contract period -
    • Lot 1: contracts can be awarded under the Framework for a maximum contract length of eight years from the Further Competition Award date. No contract awarded from the Framework will be permitted to extend beyond 8 February 2036.
    • Lot 2: contracts can be awarded under the Framework for a maximum contract length of six years from the Further Competition Award date. No contract awarded from the Framework will be permitted to extend beyond 8 February 2034.
  • Key personnel necessary for the completion of the project
  • Performance and quality standards required
  • What service level requirements you have
  • Any data that you need to make available
  • Contract monitoring arrangements
  • Confidentiality and commercially sensitive information that may be involved with this contract.

  • Review Provider Catalogues to understand each Provider’s response to the Specification of Requirements.
