The Framework is split into two distinct Lots with the following Providers appointed:

Users of the Framework will benefit from all the usual advantages of using a National LGPS Framework, including access to high-quality, value-for-money services, pre-agreed Terms and Conditions, and supporting documentation.
Commenting on the launch, Sarj Basra, Head of Programmes at LGPS Central said:
We are really pleased to be one of the founding members for the National LGPS Framework for Transition Management Services. This framework will assist all LGPS Investment Pools and LGPS Funds in easily accessing subject matter experts in the transition management and transition advisory space and help us all as part of our forthcoming transition planning.
The following organisations have worked together to establish this Framework, supported by the National LGPS Frameworks team, and procurement and legal specialists from Norfolk County Council:
- City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (as Administering Authority of the West Yorkshire Pension Fund)
- City of Wolverhampton Council (as Administering Authority of the West Midlands Pension Fund)
- LGPS Central Limited
- Norfolk County Council (as Administering Authority of the Norfolk Pension Fund)
- Staffordshire County Council (as Administering Authority of the Staffordshire Pension Fund)
- West Sussex County Council
- Wirral Council (as Administering Authority for Merseyside Pension Fund)
The National LGPS Frameworks are a collaboration of LGPS Funds and Pool who have been working together since 2012 and in 2022 were recognised with the Outstanding Contribution Award at the LAPF Investment Awards. By using the National LGPS Frameworks, LGPS Funds and Pools can save considerable time and money. Frameworks offer efficient, best practise, regulatory compliant access to a range of qualified specialist providers. By using a Framework individual LGPS stakeholders can still define local service requirements but at the same time leverage better prices. The LGPS is already collectively benefiting from more than £200m in savings by using the National LGPS Frameworks.
