This Framework is divided into the following Lots:
- Lot 1 - Integrated Service Providers (ISP)
- Lot 2 - Address Tracing and Correction Services
- Lot 3 - Mortality Screening Services
- Lot 4 - Overseas Address Tracing and Correction Services
- Lot 5 - Overseas Mortality Screening Services
- Lot 6 - Bank Account Verification
- Lot 7 - Data Quality Reporting for Pension Dashboard Readiness
Call-off Terms and Conditions
For this Framework there are two sets of Call-off Terms and Conditions:
- Call-off Terms and Conditions A covers Lot 1
- Call-off Terms and Conditions B covers Lots 2-7

Procurement Routes Available
Under the ISP and Member Data Services Framework, you have two options. You can:
Run a Further Competition - All Lots
A Further Competition allows you to assess and evaluate which Provider best meets your individual needs. This process involves establishing an evaluation award criteria, timeframe and process, along with creating your own Invitation to Further Competition using the example template provided.
Direct Award - All Lots
You can Direct Award whenever you have a specific, one-off piece of work giving you the flexibility of appointing the most suitable Provider for your requirements. This can be done under shorter timescales and you can Award on the same day if required.
