This update offers an overview of the recently awarded National LGPS Frameworks, as well as updates on the existing and forthcoming Frameworks.
Awarded Frameworks
- Integrated Service Provider (ISP) and Member Data Services - Launched April 2024
- Additional Voluntary Contribution Services (AVC) and Consultancy Services Associated with AVC's - Launched July 2024
Extended Frameworks and Variations
- Global Custody Services - We are in the process of extending this Framework for 1 year. The proposed new expiry will be 8 February 2026. However, we will keep you updated on progress and will advise when the extension is complete.
- Pension Administration Software - expires 30 April 2025

Frameworks due to expire in the next 12 months
- Pension Administration Software expires 30 April 2025. Contracts can be awarded under the framework for an initial period of up to seven years with the option to extend up to a maximum contract length of 10 years from the Further Competition Award date
- Actuarial, Benefits and Governance Consultancy Services expires 30 June 2025. Contracts awarded under the Framework may be let up for a maximum contract length of ten years and up to 30th June 2035.
If you are using a Framework, your contract award must be completed by the expiry date of the Framework (although contracts let under the Framework can be for longer periods).
Please remember to consider your current agreement and if you need and implementation period. Most importantly, you must allow Providers sufficient time to prepare and submit their bids.
