Frameworks due to expire in the next six months
Pension Administration Software
- This Framework expires on 30 April 2025.
- Contracts can be awarded for an initial period of up to seven years, with an option to extend up to a total of 10 years from the Further Competition Award date.
- A new framework for Pension Administration Software Services is currently being developed and is expected to launch in early May 2025, replacing the existing one.
Actuarial, Benefits, and Governance Consultancy Services
- This Framework expires on 30 June 2025.
- Contracts under this framework can be let for a maximum of ten years, up to 30 June 2035.
- A new framework for these services is also in progress and is scheduled to launch in July 2025, replacing the current framework.
As a user, what do I need to be aware of?
If you plan to use a Framework which is expiring, your contract award must be completed and the Order Form must be signed by your chosen provider by the expiry date. However, any implementation period and the go-live date for the new arrangements can take place after this date.
When calling-off a Framework please remember to consider your current agreement and if you need and implementation period. Most importantly, you must allow Providers sufficient time to prepare and submit their bids.
