You will need to review and customise the Specification of Requirements. This document is intended as a guide only and you will need to customise it to meet your own specific requirements.

The Specification of Requirements should be reviewed alongside the Provider Catalogues to understand each provider’s response to the Framework Agreement Specification of Requirements. A copy of your updated Specification of Requirements will need to be issued to Providers with your Invitation to Further Competition.
